How to register?

1. Pay the Registration Fee

2. Fill in the registration form (https://bit.ly/LittleOneRegistrationForm), sign a statement letter to follow all activities, willing to obey all the rules/regulation and submit all administrative documents as follow:

  1. Copy of birth certificate of children
  2. Copy ID of both parent
  3. Copy of a health certificate from a doctor
  4. Color photograph size 4 cm X 6 cm (1 piece)

3. Monthly fee should be paid at registration

Cara mendaftar?

1. Membayar uang pendaftaran

2. Mengisi formulir pendaftaran (https://bit.ly/LittleOneRegistrationForm), menandatandangi surat pernyataan untuk mengikuti semua aktivitas, mengikuti semua peraturan, dan menyerahkan semua dokumen administrasi sebagai berikut:

  1. Fotokopi akta kelahiran anak
  2. Fotokopi KTP kedua orangtua
  3. Fotokopi surat keterangan sehat dari dokter
  4. Foto berwarna ukuran 4 cm X 6 cm (1 lembar)

3. Membayar biaya bulanan saat pendaftaran

Terms & Conditions

  1. Monthly fee should be paid from the 25th-30th of every month. Late payments will be fined IDR 50.000 per day.
  2. Operational hours: Monday – Friday  07.30 – 17.30 WITA
    1. Late pick up will be charged IDR 30.000 per 15 minutes
    2. Equipment to be prepared by the parents:
      • Towel
      • Clothes for change
      • Bottles and Formula Milk (if neccesary)
      • Water bottle
      • Pampers (if needed) min. 5 pcs
      • Kids must have already had a bath and breakfast on arrival.
      • Bath Foam
      • Plastic bag for dirty clothes
      • Wet and dry tissues
      • Telon oil
      • Thin blanket 
    3. Parents are not allowed to enter the daycare area at operational hours.
    4. Children are not allowed to wear accessories or excessive jewellery.
    5. Children are not allowed to bring toys from home
    6. We do not accept children in sick conditions, especially if it’s infectious diseases.
    7. Everything that has not been clearly stated in these rules will be discussed with deliberation.

Syarat & Ketentuan

  1. Biaya bulanan harus dibayarkan pada tanggal 25-30 setiap bulannya. Keterlambatan pembayaran akan dikenakan denda sebesar Rp 50.000 per hari.
  2. Jam Operasional: Senin – Jumat  07.30 – 17.30 WITA
  3. Keterlambatan penjemputan akan dikenakan biaya Rp 30.000 per 15 menit
  4. Perlengkapan yang perlu disiapkan orangtua:
    • Handuk
    • Baju ganti
    • Botol dan susu formula (jika diperlukan)
    • Botol minum
    • Pampers (jika dibutuhkan) min. 5 pcs
    • Anak harus sudah mandi dan sarapan saat datang
    • Sabun mandi
    • Kantong plastik untuk pakaian kotor
    • Tisue basah dan kering
    • Minyak Telon
    • Selimut tipis
  5. Orang tua tidak diijinkan memasuki area penitipan selama jam operasional
  6. Anak tidak diijinkan mengenakan aksesoris atau perhiasan berharga
  7. Anak-anak tidak diijinkan membawa mainan dari rumah
  8. Kami tidak menerima anak dalam keadaan sakit, terutama penyakit menular
  9. Segala sesuatu yang belum dituliskan dalam peraturan ini akan didiskusikan selanjutnya
